Formation

Formation is an intentional, ongoing, and reflective process that strengthens our shared commitment to the mission and values of Mercy Wellsprings.

It fosters a deeper understanding of the Mercy charism, the vision and legacy of the Sisters of Mercy, and the spirit of Catherine McAuley. Through learning, reflection, and dialogue, formation helps ensure that Mercy Wellsprings, its ministries, and governing Boards remain grounded in these values and faithful to their mission of service, compassion, justice, and mercy.
